As President, Digital & Virtual Banking, you will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of HK Bank's national digital banking platform. You'll build a scalable, technology-enabled banking experience while developing high-performing teams, expanding nationwide customer relationships, and driving meaningful growth.

This is a builder's role for a leader who enjoys creating new opportunities, challenging the status quo, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Develop and execute HK Bank's digital and virtual banking strategy

Build and scale a national digital-first banking platform

Drive deposit growth and customer acquisition

Lead digital banking, treasury management, lending, and deposit product strategy

Create an exceptional online and virtual customer experience

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing virtual banking teams

Establish scalable operational processes and performance metrics

Partner across the HK ecosystem to create integrated financial solutions

Ensure regulatory compliance while fostering innovation and growth

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in banking, fintech, digital banking, treasury management, or financial services

Proven success leading growth initiatives and building scalable organizations

Experience serving business owners, professional service firms, and affluent clients

Strong understanding of digital banking technology and fintech partnerships

Strategic thinker with exceptional execution and leadership abilities

Collaborative, relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Growing deposits and expanding customer relationships

Building a nationally recognized virtual banking platform

Developing exceptional teams and future leaders
