Summary Of Work
We're not the IRS, and we don't audit your taxes or private businesses. We do however audit state and local government. We're the team that ensures state and local governments are using taxpayer dollars responsibly and effectively. Our work impacts programs and services you use every day. We're here to ensure policies are followed, funds are used wisely, and standards are met.

This position is typically in the office 2-3 days per week once you have passed your 6-12-month probationary period. - Family-First Culture:

- Review accounting forms, internal controls, and compliance with policies.
- Examining financial records and processes.
- Working with your client to explain what you found and help them find ways to improve.
- Minimal travel required.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or minor in accounting, finance, business or related degree. Applicants who anticipate receiving their degree are eligible to apply, the start date is flexible.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Successful completion of reference, background, and criminal record checks.
