THIS IS A NORTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This ND National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1646P01 and is part of the ND 119 Intelligence Support Squadron, National Guard.

GENERAL
EXPERIENCE:
Applicant must have the experience, education, or training which demonstrates the administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate, and organize pertinent facts.
EXPERIENCE:
Applicant must have one year of specialized experience at the GS 12 grade level or civilian equivalent which includes:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the planning and execution of intelligence operations;
- Knowledge of research tools to conduct in depth research and analysis and reconciles all-source intelligence to produce a full range of complex finished intelligence products and assessments; and
- Communicates complex ideas and analyses to inform decision making and courses of action from analytic activities.
