We are seeking an occupational therapist with a strong interest in geriatrics who is passionate about providing highly individualized, patient-focused care. The ideal candidate values autonomy, creativity in treatment planning, and meaningful relationships with older adults. This position offers flexible hours, control over your own schedule, and manageable caseloads. It provides clinicians with the opportunity to deliver one‑on‑one care to each patient, producing more effective treatment programs and delivering the exceptional care each senior deserves.

Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy services to geriatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful therapeutic relationships. Utilize creative approaches to treatment planning and maintain a manageable caseload with flexible scheduling.

• Current active license in good standing with the state of MN
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• OT License

• Wage range $34 – $39 per hour
