As a Registered Nurse on an integrated team, you will assist individuals where they live to build skills so they can live a quality, independent life.
Every day, you will travel to individuals' homes and communities. You will use the full scope of mental health and substance use treatment services — assessment, diagnosis, treatment, behavioral health medication management, and patient education — to teach health, hygiene, and medication management skills as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team focused on providing the best support plan possible for each individual.
Responsibilities- Travel to individuals' homes and communities to provide services.
- Use the full scope of mental health and substance use treatment services: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, behavioral health medication management, and patient education.
- Teach health, hygiene, and medication management skills as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team focused on the best support plan for each individual.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery management and independent living in home and community settings.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- One year of work experience as an RN.
- If unable to find qualified candidates, consideration of applicants licensed as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
- Ability and willingness to work in patients' homes and natural environments; willingness to research new treatment options and partner with patients at their level.
