The Meadows on University in Fargo, ND is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team. Come be part of a facility that’s top tier in care and home to dedicated residents and a collaborative rehab staff that feels like family.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including long-term care, short-term rehab, and outpatient services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-driven rehab staff to deliver high-quality care
• Document clinical progress and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too
