A leading dairy company in Fargo is seeking a qualified Overnight Laboratory Tech for their onsite Quality and Assurance Laboratory. Responsibilities include testing raw, intermediate, and finished products, maintaining lab records, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a two-year applied science degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or Microbiology, coupled with experience in a food laboratory.

Competitive pay of $24.16/hour is offered for this full-time position with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
