First Link is seeking Full-Time Evening Helpline Specialists to support individuals via phone, text, or online chat, offering listening, crisis de-escalation, and referrals to local resources. The role covers the 988 Lifeline and 211 information lines, with a focus on empathetic communication.
You will work 4PM-12AM (or 4PM-12:30AM), two consecutive days off, and you must be willing to work some weekends with a wage incentive.
