- Educate clients on post‑treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic policies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements for licensed massage therapists
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathetic communication and active listening
- Proficiency in patient assessment to customize treatments effectively
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy

- Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus
