DescriptionWe are currently looking for an LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to join our Fargo team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting Nurse Practitioners care for patients in our clinic, as well as assisted living and home environments. You will be an advocate for the patient's needs by collaborating with both the patient and their care team to ensure that the patient is supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Qualifications:
- Active LPN license with the state of ND & MN, or willing to obtain OR graduate of a Medical Assistant program and nationally certified or registered through approved program (AAMA, CCMA, NHA, CMAC, AMCA, NCMA, NCCT)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EHR systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical office, or similar role preferred, but not required
