Position: Patient Access Representative | Broadway Physical Therapy | 24 hrs/wk
Marshfield Clinic -  - Responsibilities:
Greet patients and verify demographics; register and schedule for Broadway and West Fargo locations;
Create, scan, and route documents or electronic forms; explain documents and capture signatures;
Establish and assign financial responsibility; assist with payment arrangements;
Collect co-payments, pre-payments, and payments on account balances;
Coordinate scheduling with nursing team and providers; coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations; arrange interpreter services; check patients in/out; operate multi-line phone
