Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages
Provide individualized therapy to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking
Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
CPR/BLS certification
Skills:
Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
You hold a valid ND occupational therapy license. You enjoy collaborative, interdisciplinary patient care environments. You possess strong communication and CPR/BLS certification
