Full-Time Physical Therapist Job in Fargo, ND. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, helping patients achieve their functional goals, and making a meaningful impact in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients through comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs, diagnoses, functional limitations, and established goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, support staff, and other members of the healthcare team to promote coordinated patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, progress, and expected outcomes.
Promote patient safety and follow applicable clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
Participate in a positive, patient-centered work environment focused on quality outcomes and exceptional service.
Maintain professional knowledge and clinical skills through continuing education and ongoing professional development.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the State of North Dakota.
Ability to maintain an active, unrestricted professional license throughout employment.
Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain certification as required.
Skills:
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program preferred.
Additional certifications or specialty training relevant to the position are a plus.
You hold a DPT and ND PT license. You excel at patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. You thrive in collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environments
