Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift
• Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service
• Balance and audit all hotel revenue and expenses for the day
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and guests

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
