Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Our new Springhill Suites hotel is now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality to our guests. The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure impeccable cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding leadership to the team.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance performance and ensure consistency.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet hotel brand standards.
• Manage inventory and control linen and amenities usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience with a preferred supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

• Pay DOE: $17-19/hr.
