Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit duties efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
