Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist will support multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, affirmative action, employment law compliance, safety, benefits administration, and payroll. This role involves performing payroll record maintenance and bi-weekly payroll processing, as well as preparing and distributing payroll reports for accounting and management. The successful candidate will maintain accurate employee and applicant documentation, including personnel files. Additionally, the HR Generalist will lead employee benefits processes by reviewing benefit information, processing enrollments and changes, and coordinating open enrollment.

The role also includes reconciling employee benefit vouchers with payroll and ensuring accurate departmental coding.
