Securitas Security Services offers a Human Resources Generalist role based in the Fargo, ND branch office with a benefits package designed to support your health, time, and family. The position includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and Disability insurance with 401K options

This is an onsite opportunity (100% in the branch office) working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
, at a rate of $20.00 per hour
. You will assist the HR team with recruitment and employee-related matters, helping keep HR processes running smoothly for the branch.
- Assist the HR team with a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on recruitment
- Support employee relations
- Assist with investigations
- Provide support for terminations
- Assist with leave of absences
- Support workers comp processes
- Help with compliance tasks
- Handle other miscellaneous HR duties as they arise
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
- Must have the legal right to work in the USA
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- Good attitude and strong personality
- All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
