The Driver Recruiter (in-person in Fargo or remote) plays a critical role in building and sustaining a high-quality over-the-road flatbed driver workforce. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting qualified driver candidates through consultative sales techniques, high-volume outreach, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to balance fast-paced candidate engagement with compliance, safety, and DOT regulatory standards.

// Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified driver candidates through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and networking

A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience in recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service.

// Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements, including driver qualification standards - Safety Screening
