Cloud Engineer

Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a cloud engineer, you design, implement, and manage cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities. Your work will focus on creating 3D collaboration and simulation infrastructure to solve some of the warfighter’s toughest problems.

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and associated security, compliance, and collaboration platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and device compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and automate administrative tasks using Power Shell scripting.
• Monitor cloud environments and identify opportunities for performance improvements, security enhancements, and cost optimization.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra , including identity governance, authentication, conditional access, and access management.

• Experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting security, compliance, and governance solutions.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and identity synchronization.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale Microsoft environments.
• Experience with ITIL‑based service management practices.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or Security Administrator.
