What You Will Do:
  • Monitor machine health: evaluate machine data, telematics information, service alerts, and other performance indicators to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Improve customer productivity: analyze machine information and oil scan data to help increase uptime, reduce downtime, and lower operational risk.
  • Provide actionable recommendations: communicate findings and solutions to customers and internal teams to improve equipment performance and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate service activities: create service requests when needed and follow through to ensure successful implementation of recommended repairs or maintenance actions.
  • Identify trends and opportunities: analyze data patterns, anticipate failures, and provide recommendations that help customers reduce costs and maximize equipment utilization.
What You Will Need:
  • Strong technical knowledge: understanding of machine systems and equipment operation.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills: ability to interpret machine data and provide practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Outstanding customer service skills: commitment to delivering value and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong computer proficiency: ability to utilize telematics platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
