- Define solution patterns for MES, HMI, controls integration, industrial data collection, historians, analytics, and related manufacturing systems.
- Establish data architecture, communication standards, and interoperability approaches across plant and enterprise systems, including APIs and industrial protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT.
- Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and external providers to ensure digital solutions are practical, secure, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
- Translate business needs into technical roadmaps, platform strategies, and implementation approaches that can be scaled across multiple sites.
- Establish architecture standards, integration principles, and governance practices that support long-term maintainability and growth.
- Support enterprise rollouts and strategic pilots by providing technical direction, solution documentation, and decision support to project teams and leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in digital manufacturing environments.
- Experience in digital manufacturing, industrial automation, systems integration, manufacturing IT/OT architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience integrating production equipment, control systems, MES, ERP, historians, and other manufacturing data platforms into connected operational solutions.
- Experience architecting, implementing, or supporting manufacturing systems, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives within production environments.

- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge operational, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for designing connected systems that improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), industrial middleware, cloud-enabled manufacturing platforms, or enterprise analytics environments.
- Knowledge of ISA-95 standards, manufacturing data governance, cybersecurity principles for industrial environments, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience with platforms such as Ignition, Microsoft Azure, or similar digital manufacturing technologies.
- Experience standardizing systems, architectures, or digital solutions across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital manufacturing, smart factory, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation efforts that connect operational and enterprise systems.
