As our POS Field Service Technician, you'll keep grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants running smoothly. Plus, after just 6 months, you'll be eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – your hard work directly translates to shared profits and wealth building.

Technical Excellence:

• Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
• Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
• Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)

• Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
• Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
• Maintain critical inventory systems

We're looking for someone with hands-on computer and technology experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working with hardware and software. Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi-Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

If you're comfortable working with technology, figuring out how things work, and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self-motivated problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Networking fundamentals — understanding of basic networking concepts such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable providing hands-on technical support at client locations
