Job Summary

With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota,
Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.

This role will support mailroom operations and assist in the assembly and preparation of printed material for distribution. It is a full‑time, 1st shift position, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The position also serves as a fill‑in driver as business needs dictate.

• Place and stack bundled mail on pallets
• Operate electric floor jack
• Feed strapping, plastic wrap, and bottom wrap machines
• Assist in staging mailroom equipment before production runs
• Load various feed stations, and occasionally hand feed
• Palletize products as they run off the machines
• When acting as fill‑in driver, handle delivery, loading, and unloading of bulk mail to and from USPS, and order and pick‑up necessary postal supplies

• Mechanical skills and computer knowledge preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to safely drive/operate a large box‑delivery truck
• Familiarity with the Fargo‑Moorhead area is very helpful
• Understanding of current mailing standards helpful but not initially required; on‑job training will be provided as needed
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company
• Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company

Expected compensation for this role is between $17 and $19 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
