Position Overview
Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Mornings). Part‑time with flexible hours. Starting wage $19.75 – $21.75 per hour. Eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $5.00 over the first 6 months.
Key Responsibilities- Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time, complying with traffic laws and company safety requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory accurately using handheld scanners or count tools.
- Follow a consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.

- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Minimum age 21 for van driver, 18 if using a personal vehicle.
- Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude; willing to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Ability to use handheld scanners or count tools.
- Paperwork: pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check required.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work.
- No inventory experience acceptable if discipline and trainability are present.
- Military experience, no degree needed, returned workforce candidates encouraged.

This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Frequent travel by car or plane with occasional overnight stays.
