Are you ready to take ownership of a freight strategy where your decisions and negotiations directly influence the bottom line? We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to help drive efficiency, cost savings, and service excellence across our inbound logistics network.

• Drive freight strategy by managing and optimizing our carrier network
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining high service levels
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, including backhauls and route optimization
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues quickly
• Analyze data (financials, routing, performance metrics) to improve efficiency
• Manage TMS operations, billing, reporting, and freight audits
• Handle claims, OS&D, and vendor chargebacks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners

• 5–7 years of logistics/transportation experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience with TMS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Associate degree in logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
