Marvin is seeking an experienced Enterprise Commodity Agent Sr, Direct to lead sourcing of direct materials for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own commodity strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance. You'll analyze market trends, support new product introductions, and partner closely with operations, engineering, and finance.

Responsibilities
- Source and manage direct commodities for Marvin's manufacturing operations, ensuring supply continuity and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with production, quality, and innovation goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and mitigate risk.
- Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance on new product introductions and value engineering initiatives.
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing relationship management to maintain high quality and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to balance availability, working capital, and production needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, including standardization, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
- Resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership on sourcing performance and opportunities.
