, you will play a key role in improving distribution performance by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and driving operational efficiencies across our supply chain network.

• Analyze distribution, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Distribution Centers, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to improve service levels while reducing costs.
• Evaluate network performance and recommend optimization strategies for inventory flow and distribution processes.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead analytical projects that improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall supply chain performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and data validation efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools preferred.
