We are looking for an individual to do part-time commercial cleaning during the day. Cleaning hours are 10am-2pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and their own vehicle.
Responsibilities may include:
- Collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting offices, common area cleaning of hallways, restrooms, break rooms and conference rooms
- Special requests by clients
- Keeping track of supplies
- Informing management of building and equipment repairs
- Must have good customer service skills to provide excellent service & meet client requests
- Must have reliable source of transportation to and from work
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience preferred. Willingness to learn new tasks as required by clients
- Must be 18 years of age
Hours are 10am-2pm, Monday - Friday. Mileage is paid.
Pay Range $17-$18/hr
