Hiring Range: $41,466 – $49,759 and will be commensurate with level of experience

Position Information:
Mayville State University is seeking a dedicated and motivated Custodial Supervisor to lead our custodial team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling and overseeing custodial projects and daily operations
• Training staff in floor care (stripping, sealing, waxing), carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques
• Maintaining and troubleshooting cleaning equipment
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies
• Providing custodial support and event setup assistance as needed
• Hiring, training, and scheduling student workers for campus and athletic events

• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and with students, faculty, staff, and community members with diverse backgrounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Previous supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in related field
