The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical leadership role in shaping how the organization understands its performance, plans for the future, and makes data‑driven decisions. This role goes beyond reporting numbers – it translates complex financial data into insights that influence strategy, guide decision making, and improve business outcomes across the organization. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, the Director of FP&A helps connect financial results to operational realities, ensuring the business has clear visibility into what’s working, what’s changing, and where opportunities exist.

In this role, you will lead and evolve the organization’s financial planning and analytical capabilities. You’ll oversee enterprise wide analysis of financial performance, forecasts, and operating plans, while partnering closely with leaders across the business to improve decision making.
Key responsibilities include:- Lead financial performance analysis across the organization, providing clear insight into trends, risks, and opportunities tied to revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Translate data into strategy
, delivering actionable analysis that supports pricing decisions, cost management, inventory planning, and investment prioritization. - Partner cross functionally with leaders in operations, sales, and other teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and real‑world execution.
- Guide budgeting and forecasting efforts
, lead and administer bi‑annual business reviews including evaluating current and projected operating costs, understanding budget constraints, and modeling future scenarios. - Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting
