What You'll Do
As an Account Manager for Arvig Answering Solutions
, you will provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations . You will consult directly with clients and internal sales teams to program, test, and maintain account software, perform routine system maintenance, handle scheduling and reports, and troubleshoot client concerns independently . Additionally, you will proactively connect with existing accounts to implement changes, train clients on scheduling software, and take call volume or participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed
What You'll Bring
- Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment
-both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of call center experience with a strong understanding of call center operations
- Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize across multiple demands, and maintain strong detail orientation and reliability
Bonus points if you have:
- 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
Your Schedule
The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
