The Titling & Licensing Clerk at Mazda & Kia of Fargo is responsible for managing and processing all vehicle titling and registration paperwork to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves coordinating with government agencies, customers, and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate completion of titles and licenses for new and used vehicle sales. The clerk ensures all documentation is correctly prepared, filed, and maintained to support smooth vehicle ownership transfers and dealership operations.

• Prepare and submit vehicle titles and registration applications to the appropriate state and local agencies.
• Verify accuracy of vehicle information on paperwork including VIN, model year, and owner details.
• Communicate with customers to collect necessary documents and explain titling and licensing processes.
• Maintain organized records of all titling and licensing transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling and registration.
• Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure timely processing of vehicle titles and licenses.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to titles and registrations promptly and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an automotive dealership or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and government agencies.
• Proficient in using computers and dealership management software.

• Competitive hourly pay between $22.00 and $24.00, paid semi-monthly.
