About the Role

As a Logistics and Fulfillment Lead, you will oversee the final stages of our high-end product lifecycle, ensuring that premium goods are meticulously prepared, protected, and dispatched to clients nationwide. You will serve as a hands-on leader, balancing operational efficiency with quality control to ensure every shipment meets our rigorous standards for excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Execute final assembly, thorough inspection, and detailed documentation of products prior to transit.
  • Design and implement protective packaging strategies, including custom crating, to ensure damage-free delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end shipping workflow, from coordinating carrier pickups to verifying complex freight documentation.
  • Direct daily department operations by setting clear priorities, managing staging areas, and optimizing workspace readiness.
  • Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze shipping performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and refine internal processes for increased capacity.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment by upholding strict material-handling and safety protocols.
Qualifications Required Skills
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or high-end manufacturing fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or coordinate the daily activities of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in operating power tools and material-handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding inventory accuracy, labeling, and quality documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in a shop environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Direct experience with custom crating, rough carpentry, or shipping large, appearance-critical goods.
  • Familiarity with LTL freight logistics, bills of lading, and shipping software platforms.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training documentation.
  • A proactive mindset focused on process optimization and long-term operational growth.
