A North Dakota paving company is hiring an experienced Assistant Asphalt Plant Operator for the 2026 season. The role includes assisting in daily operations of a hot-mix asphalt plant, plant set-up and maintenance, as well as lab testing and record keeping. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of maintenance experience, and good mechanical and communication skills.
