Job Overview

In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

* 1st

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

* 2nd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

* 3rd

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $20.00 / hr.

* plus $2.00 evening shift premium

Highlights of your role

* Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks

* Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations

* Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace

* Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders

* Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant

* Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

* High school degree or GED

* Demonstrates effective communication and social skills

* Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success

* Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology

* Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
