Join Marvin Composites as a Raw Materials Preparation Associate at our Fargo, ND plant. Marvin Composites designs and manufactures innovative pultruded fiberglass composite materials that are superior to the industry.
Schedule6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
- The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
- Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off.
Effective Hourly rate: $25.06/hr (includes base pay $22.10, weekend premium, and OT)
Highlights Of Your Role- Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards.
- Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities.
- Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification.
- Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery.
- Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 18 years of age required.
- Capability to stand/work for a 12‑hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10 lb and 50 lb to support production needs.
- A self‑motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.
