Screen Printing/Embroidery Operator Job Description
Join our team as a Screen Printing/Embroidery Operator where you will operate screen printing or embroidery machines to produce high-quality apparel such as shirts, hats, pullovers, and sweatshirts. Your role will involve loading and unloading items onto the machines, ensuring precise alignment for production, conducting quality checks on prints and embroidery, and managing the packaging of finished products.
Responsibilities- Operate screen printing and embroidery machines to produce apparel.
- Load and unload shirts, hats, and sweatshirts on printing and embroidery equipment.
- Ensure correct alignment of apparel for the production process.
- Conduct quality checks on prints, colors, sewing, and embroidery.
- Alert team leads about any quality defects.
- Package finished products.
- Complete necessary documentation for production.

Skills & Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Experience in crafting or graphic design is a plus
Working here offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for cross-training on new machines or products. This is a smaller company where career growth is encouraged, and transitioning from production roles to graphic design roles is possible.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a clean, well-lit shop with multiple rooms dedicated to shipping, screen printing, and embroidery. Expect to be on your feet throughout the day, with minimal heavy lifting required. The work hours are either 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
Overtime is available in addition to the regular schedule.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
