Production Associate

We are seeking dedicated and reliable production workers to join our dynamic wood shop team. The primary responsibility will be to manufacture high-quality wooden components, including railings, spindles, post caps, and finials. A background in woodworking is advantageous, particularly experience with standard tools such as miter saws and table saws. Familiarity with measuring tools like tape measures is equally beneficial, as precision is key in our trade.

While previous experience is valued, we are committed to training individuals on any specialized equipment that may be less common. We look for candidates who demonstrate strong common sense, a solid attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires standing for extended periods and the capacity to lift weights of up to 75 lbs.
