We’re hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technicians at a top‑tier production facility in Fargo, ND. Compensation:- $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Additional shift premium and OT opportunities
- Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and assembly machinery during your scheduled shift, Monday–Friday.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Log work orders and maintenance activities using digital maintenance software.
- Proactively request and manage machine parts and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of industrial pneumatics, electrical systems, controls, and mechanics.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with powered hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shift-based environment.
