As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks in a safety‑first environment. You will be trained to use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns. The role is physical, involving moving around equipment to assemble windows and doors while ensuring each product meets quality standards.

You will work in an air‑conditioned facility and may receive cross‑training to develop a career path in related areas.

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM — Pay: $21 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM — Pay: $24 per hour ($22 + $2 differential)

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English orally and in writing.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross‑train in multiple departments.

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 10 – 70 lbs.
• Grip up to 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb.
• Stand and walk on concrete.

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer experience.
