Production Associate - Overlay

Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 4:00pm‑2:30am

Starting Wage: $24/hr DOE

Summary: The Overlay position is responsible for the precise assembly of custom overlay garage doors, transforming standard steel door panels into carriage house–style doors based on customer specifications. This role requires the ability to accurately interpret design diagrams and translate them into finished products by carefully measuring, cutting, and assembling overlay components. Employees must ensure each piece is aligned and installed with a high level of precision to achieve the desired aesthetic and quality standards.

Success in this position requires strong measuring skills, exceptional attention to detail, and hands‑on carpentry aptitude.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
