Manufacturing Associate - Night Shift

Job Overview

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Manufacturing Associates. In this role you will remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prepare them for the next step. These parts are a key component of the fiberglass frames that give Marvin windows and doors their strength, durability, and energy efficiency.

The work is repetitive and fast paced; consistent and detail oriented performance is essential. Training is provided for both experienced and new workers. The facility is air‑conditioned, state‑of‑the‑art and committed to a safe and comfortable workplace.

12hr Overnight Shift
: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM

• Week 1 (36 hrs):
  Sun, Wed, Thu
• Week 2 (48 hrs):
  Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
• Enjoy a 3‑day weekend every other week – work 7 out of every 14 days.

Base hourly rate $20.75 / hr

• Pay potential including night differential $3.00, weekend premium $4.00, plus overtime: up to $26.79 / hr

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to verify part accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving.
• Provide support in training new team members as needed.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications.
• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting.

• Capability to stand or work for a 12‑hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10 lb and 50 lb.
• Minimum age 18 years.
