Terminal Foreman

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries.

Supervise, coach, and support terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture.

Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading activities, and ensure accurate documentation.

Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams to optimize operations and resolve issues.

Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.

• Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of terminal, logistics, or material handling operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Must work in an industrial terminal setting with indoor/outdoor responsibilities, interacting with heavy equipment, variable weather, following strict safety protocols.

• Competitive base salary $62,410 - $73,325.
