• Perform general production and kitting duties in accordance with pre-established labor and quality standards.
• Perform assembly as required by manufacturing processes.
• Stay current with relevant acceptance criteria.
• Record any product statistical measurements.
• Perform inventory transactions for all areas when required.
• Perform kitting as required by manufacturing processes.
• Pull jobs and parts for open jobs when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; understand and apply 5S principles.
• Perform general operation and setup of equipment; maintain equipment log.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

This is a second shift position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one of the following:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Ability and willingness to operate a stock picker and work up to 10 feet above the ground.
• Ability and willingness to operate a forklift and maintain applicable certification.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for the duration of the work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift and potential overtime (including weekends).

• Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance.
• At least 1 year of prior work experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.
