Weekend Production Associate - Fargo

Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour ($20.00 base + $4.00 shift differential)

Marvin is seeking motivated Weekend Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Fargo, ND. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that produces premium‑quality windows and doors.

You’ll receive comprehensive training on safely operating hand and power tools while working in a modern, air‑conditioned facility. Best of all, you’ll enjoy a three‑day workweek and four days off every week.

Assemble windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.

Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials according to specifications.

Read and follow visual and written production instructions.

Retrieve parts and materials using computer‑based systems.

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Cross‑train in multiple departments to develop new skills.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 70 lbs.

Ability to grip up to 65 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.

Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and climb throughout the shift.

Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience.

Experience using hand tools or power tools.

Experience working in a team‑oriented production environment.
