The Hand Sorter is responsible for inspecting and separating pallets into different grades and placing them in the appropriate area ready for pickup by forklift, ensuring safety, security, and productivity while meeting quality criteria.

Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.

• Comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using PPE.
• Inspect pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Manually inspect pallets and determine level of repair needed.
• Work as part of a two‑person team to lift pallets, visually inspect, and place them in appropriate stacks for the next step.
• Ensure proper inspection and separation of pallets, while achieving company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• At shift end, restock supplies, clean the pallet repair area, and perform other duties as required.

Must be 18+ years old. Basic tool knowledge is a plus. Able to lift, push, pull, carry, and flip 75–85 pound pallets frequently. Availability to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
