Border States Paving, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Asphalt Plant Operator for the 2026 season in Fargo, ND. This full-time seasonal role runs approximately from April to November. You will assist with the daily operations of a hot-mix asphalt plant, which includes manufacturing products, lab testing, and maintaining equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong mechanical skills and the ability to navigate confined spaces are essential. Compensation ranges from $27.65 to $34.00 per hour, plus fringe benefits covering health insurance, life insurance, and pension.
