• Pay - Effective hourly rate $24.92 (base $20.50 + $2.00 shift differential + $3.00 weekend premium + OT)
• Schedule:
  
  Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (48 hours);
  Week 2 – Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (36 hours)

Position:
Packaging Product Associate

We are seeking a Packaging Product Associate to support efficient packaging processes, ensuring safe operation and adherence to company regulations. The role emphasizes safety, calibration and documentation of product specifications to ASTM standards, and accurate packaging of pipes using manual banding equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting products for quality, maintaining packaging materials, and ensuring inventory is well-stocked. Forklift operation and physical stamina are beneficial, and a team-oriented mindset is valued to assist across plant functions.

Responsibilities:

• Package pipes using manual banding equipment following precise guidelines
• Inspect products to ensure quality before shipping
• Maintain packaging materials and inventory for smooth operations
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 100 lbs
• Ability to drive a forklift
