Monday–Friday + occasional weekend OT when needed

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Finishing & Paint Technicians for a woodworking manufacturer located in the Fargo area. This role is about applying great finishes and managing dry time so work is always moving. • Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, topcoats, and paint by spray and by hand
• Run UV, non-UV, and multi-day paint / cabinet finishes, planning around dry time
• Keep work always moving: something active, something drying, something staged and ready
• Batch and paint legs by color to fill short windows and keep output high
• Sand between coats, then buff and rub out to the final sheen
• Coordinate with sanding, metal fab, and shipping so nothing is a surprise
• Inspect every piece before it moves: clean, consistent, and complete

• Experience is a plus but not required, we train the right person
• A genuine eye for detail, this is the make-or-break trait
• Good with their hands and proud of the final product
• Reliable and on time, day in and day out
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
• Able to wear a respirator and follow finish-room safety
